Low calorie and insanely chocolatey – I guarantee this will hit the spot when chocolate seems to be tattooed on the brain!
Ingredients
Serves 2
1 x ripe banana
1 x tbs of peanut butter
1 x scoop of protein powder
1 x tbs coco powder
Pinch salt
Splash of milk – dairy or non-dairy, you choose
Method
- Place everything into a bowl and mix until smooth and glossy
- Divide into 2 small pots and place in the fridge to set for 30minutes. They will last up to 3 days if chilled.
- Eat with a smile, it’s hard not too!!
