A healthy, high protein snack made in minutes.
Ingredients
85g tahini
100g mixed seeds
50g dates, pitted and chopped
50g apricots, chopped
2 x scoops of protein powder (35g) – optional. I used Vanilla PP from Optimum Nutrition
Pinch of salt
100g dark chocolate – optional
How to
- Add everything into a food process and whizz until evenly distributed
- Roll into bite size balls with hands OR…
- Transfer mixture from food processor into a loaf tin, press down and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
- Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over if you want a little more sweetness & crunch
- Store in fridge or freezer for up to 3 months
